The Human Resources Generalist provides excellent customer service to internal and external client groups through professional and timely communications. Requirements: 3 years experience (preferred), bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or extensive prior experience in human resources.

Community Health Worker - Greenfield Office
The CHW conducts culturally appropriate outreach, lay health education, and access services in community based settings. Acts as a liaison between individuals, the Community Health Center, and area social service providers.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred; medical interpreting certification or training strongly preferred.
Experience: Prior community outreach or medical office/interpreting experience with specific experience with MassHealth, Children’s Medical Security Plan or other public health programs preferred.
Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish. The Community Health Worker must possess specific knowledge of the target subpopulation/community to be served.
