Driving Directions
To Greenfield Site:
NORTH:
Take 91 South to exit 27, take your first exit. At the bottom of the ramp turn right. CHCFC will be 100 feet in front of you to the left in the Cherry Rum Plaza.
SOUTH:
Take 91 North to exit 27, take your first exit. At the bottom of the ramp turn right. CHCFC will be 100 feet in front of you to the left in the Cherry Rum Plaza.
EAST:
Take Rout 2 West. at the traffic light at the Turners Falls Bridge (across from the mobil station) , continue straight. Take your first exit. AT the bottom of the ramp, go approximately 200 ft. CHCFC will be on your left, located in the Cherry Rum Plaza.
WEST:
Take Route 2 East to the Greenfield Rotary. Enter rotary, taking the exit onto 91 North. Take exit 27. Take your first exit. At the bottom of the ramp turn right. CHCFC will be 100 feet in front of you to the left in the Cherry Rum Plaza.
To Turners Falls Site:
NORTH:
Take 91 South to Exit #27, Route 2 East (North Greenfield). Proceed on Route 2 East until the 2nd traffic light. Take a Right at this light and go over the Turners Falls Bridge into Turners Falls. Go through center of town (through 2 traffic lights). After the second light, continue for 1.5 miles to the Farren Care Center. Take a right onto Cabot Avenue (past the Farren Care Center and at the Community Health Center of Franklin County, Inc. sign). Park in the first lot on your left and go in the door marked Main Entrance. Follow signs to CHCFC.
SOUTH
(Also from the Mass Pike): Take Route 91 North to Exit 24, Deerfield. Turn right at the end of the ramp. Follow this road for approximately 10 miles. At the “Entering Greenfield” sign turn right onto Montague City Road. Bear right under railroad trestle. Follow Montague City Road for 1.5 miles. Go over the green bridge. On your left, 1/2 mile from the bridge, will be the Farren Care Center. Turn onto Cabot Avenue, just before the center. Park in the first lot on your left and go in the door marked Main Entrance. Follow signs to CHCFC.
EAST:
Take Route 2 West to the traffic light at the Turners Falls bridge (across from the Mobil Station). This is the first light you will come to after going through Athol, Orange, and Erving. Turn Left and go over the bridge into Turners Falls. Go through center of town (through 2 traffic lights). After the second light, continue for 1.5 miles to the Farren Care Center. Take a right onto Cabot Avenue (past the Farren Care Center and at the Community Health Center of Franklin County, Inc. sign). Park in the first lot on your left and go in the door marked Main Entrance. Follow signs to CHCFC.
WEST:
Take Route 2 East to the Greenfield Rotary. Go halfway around rotary and head into Greenfield. Turn Right at the light by Dunkin Donuts. Follow this road to the next light. Bear Right at the light. Do no go under bridge to your left. Continue through one light and bear Left before the road goes over the next bridge (you will see the sign for leaving Greenfield). Continue under the railroad trestle. Follow Montague City Road for 1.5 miles. Go over a green bridge. On your left, 1/2 mile from the bridge, will be the Farren Care Center. Turn onto Cabot Avenue, just before the center. Park in the first lot on your left and go in the door marked Main Entrance. Follow signs to CHCFC.
To Orange Site:
Stop now available on the G-Link route of the FRTA bus route.
From the East (Athol, Orange, Petersham)
Head west on Route 2. Take Exit 14 (W River St, Orange Center).To Stop Sign, Health Center is directly across.
Alternative/From Orange Center
Take Route 2A to Orange Center. Turn left at Orange Center onto South Main Street. Turn right onto West River Street (at the Post Office). The Health Center is on your right just before Route 2.
From the West (Turners, Greenfield, Erving, Wendell)
Head east on Route 2. Take Exit 14 (West River Street, Orange Center). Turn left at end of ramp (West River Street). Health Center is 1/2 mile on left.
From the South (New Salem, Wendell)
Wendell Depot Road to Route 2 (West directions). OR Holtshire Road to West River Street. OR Daniel Shays Highway (Route 202) to Route 2 (East directions).
From the North (Warwick)
Take Route 78 S to end. Turn Right – Down hill, first Left - over Bridge – bear Left to end – at Stop Sign turn Left onto West River - Health center on Left 1/2 mile or less.
From the North (Northfield)
Take Route 63 or Maple Street/Gulf Road to Route 2. Follow “From the West” directions above.
