Per Diem Nurses - Turners Falls/Orange

Per Diem Medical Assistants

Pediatric Primary Care Nurse:
PT/FT negotiable to support experienced pediatrician joining our practice in November. 2+ years pediatric office nursing experience, strong triage and vaccine administration skills preferred. Current MA RN license and computer literacy required.


Adult Medicine Primary Care Nurse:
Full time to support 1-2 PCPs in busy adult medicine practice. 2+ years primary care office nursing experience, including triage, phlebotomy, and chronic disease management preferred. Current RN (or LPN with significant related experience) and computer literacy required. This position will begin approximately October 1, 2010 due to a retirement.


Medical Assistant:
Full time at Orange office. Certification and prior experience in a family practice office strongly preferred. Must be willing to perform both clinical and administrative responsibilities and work one evening per week.


Temporary Outreach Worker:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) outreach worker to fill in for an extended medical leave. Full time with anticipated duration 3-6 months. Position conducts outreach to area farms, appoints and transports program clients, interprets for medical visits, and submits billing paperwork for a federal grant program. Must have clean driving and employment history and be available to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings, one year of related human services experience/education required.


Patient Accounts Representative:
Full time experienced medical biller with excellent customer service skills needed. Preferred qualifications: 2+ years billing experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payors, account collections, coding cert, and ability to work one evening per week.


Physician or Experienced Midlevel (3+ years in urgent care or primary care practice) to fill 30-40 hour per week position providing urgent and cross coverage care in our busy office. Requires current MA license, Board certification, and sensitivity to the needs of our diverse,low to moderate income population. This position is eligible for state and federal loan repayment programs and offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
