Welcome to the Community Health Center of Franklin County
The Mission of the Community Health Center of Franklin County, Inc. is to maintain a community owned, responsive health center which promotes public health and well-being, and provides comprehensive preventive and primary care services to all who need or desire such services, without regard to income, insurance status, ability to pay, or past medical history.
Adopted August 1994 by the Franklin County Community Health Center Planning Group.
