The Health Center takes almost all patients insurance. This includes Medicare, Medicaid (also known as MassHealth), Blue Cross, Health New England, Tufts, Fallon and most others insuring patients in Franklin County and the North Quabbin region. We also take nearly all dental insurance plans.
We participate with the states Health Safety Net (formerly the Uncompensated Care Pool). Patients unable to get insurance or are unsure of their eligibility for state or federal programs can be assisted by our patient financial counselors or outreach staff. Please call 413-772-3748 and ask for either department.
Patients that are personally responsible for Health Center services and charges can get discounted rates by making full payment at the time service is provided. This can be particularly helpful for patients without dental insurance coverage. Call our financial counselors for more information.
